Easy and Simple DIY Abstract Floral Art for Beginners

Creativity block? Paint this Easy and Simple Abstract Floral Art on Cardboards

This art play project is an incredible easy one that you can do on your own. I put together this easy art project during the early Covid-19 lockdown because I was experiencing creative blocks. I was so eager to paint and I decided to do something fun and non-conforming art style. That's when I decided to use up the cardboard boxes from around the house and turn them into "canvases'.
I say this art project is so easy because all you need are just basic art supplies. This is one of my favourite art projects for beginners because it is all about colour combination, making marks and adding doodle designs with a paintbrush.

The only thing that you need to take note of when you are painting is to start with any white coloured shapes and then work your way to build the design from there.

I highly recommend this art project, because it is suitable for any ages and it is therapeutic too! If you are a new visitor to The Artsy Craftsy blog, I would like to let you know that I am all about sharing ideas for quick and easy explorations.

Art should be fun, and it shouldn't be a hassle.

If you are thinking of starting this project, here's what you will need to prepare:
1. Acrylic paints
2. Cardboards (perfect as a replacement for canvas)
3. Paintbrushes of any size, it is up to you!

That's about it! You will need to watch my video for the tutorial. Have fun!
