Over the several weekends, I Love Bazaar Handmade Market was held at Berjaya Times Square, one of Kuala Lumpur's busiest malls. The bazaar featured over 35 different vendors, ranging from handmade accessories, homemade bath and body, miniature clay food and supplies, fine arts paintings, notebooks, baked goods and more.

I Love Bazaar Handmade Market is more than just an event that gathers a pool of local creative talents. It is an event with a potential of creative goodness, providing an opportunity for both public and makers to appreciate the quality and effort of local handmade.

I am sure that this effort will definitely encourage the idea of supporting local talent, and buying hand or home made products. As I visit each and every vendor, I had a chance to admire their intricate work. Clearly, they have invested more than just time and effort; they have poured in their heart & soul and energy into making sure that they are well prepared for the public to appreciate their work. It is more than just making a sale.

Thanks to the efforts of organizers like I Love Bazaar Handmade Market, more and more Malaysian artists and makers are now building up the courage to believe in their own talent and making public appearances.

Handmade market events aren't just limited to artists and makers; even miniature suppliers like Niew Craft have also set up as vendor; this gives the public a chance to appreciate not just a piece of finishing work, but the materials and supplies as well.
