Games have played a huge role in my life, and I have noticed that if I go too long of a stretch without playing any forms of games, a part within me fizzles out - and I find myself having to reignite that spark of joy & excitement again.

The site these games are featured in is an online platform educating folks on financial literacy - for free! With educational articles and detailed strategy when making considerations in regards to mortgages and loans.

The site offers a variety of games that are both educational and very entertaining! These games are supported by most devices as they are flash HTML5 based games and controls are very universal. Suitable for kids and adults alike!

Metaverse Dash Run

I am also into web3 games and I remember the metaverse hype that was on an uptrend a couple of years back. So this sparked the curiosity in me to check it out. It’s a pretty basic runner with cool Cyberpunk dystopian vibes - where you are auto running and a Kong is chasing you. There are obstacles to jump over and pretty interesting power ups to collect along the way. Play it here

Bitcoin Merger

Who does not love some Bitcoin? This is a puzzle game where you drop a particular crypto from above, if the types match they merge and form another coin. When I first started, I did not realize that you could move the location left and right to make the drop, and things got very cluttered, very quickly - as you can see from the image below. Dino Shift

This was a simple, yet eccentric platformer, as your dino jumps around avoiding spikes and traps but the catch is, he’s got 3 colors! When he is blue, he can only pick up the blue coins - and the same with yellow and red. So there is a lot of back and forth compared to other platform games as you have to revisit and juggle between colors as you avoid the deathtraps. Play it here

Indiara and the Skull Gold

This was interesting, the name stood out as it reminded me of Indiana Jones. The action adventure franchise we grew up loving. True enough it’s an auto runner inspired by the iconic archeologists that is always remembered for his hat & that he’s running away from a giant boulder. In this auto runner, you are going downhill & a giant boulder is right behind you. Time your jumps as obstacles slow you down, and traps hurt you that cause you to slow down and get crushed by the boulder, all while trying to snag as many gems and gold as you can along the way. It was interesting enough that I saw it through to complete all 8 levels and even finished the last level with a perfect score! Play it here

Low’s Adventures 1

Cute, simple platformer that rocks the nostalgic vibe of the Nintendo era. It’s a calm game, and I noticed that there were even parts 2 & 3. So if you enjoy it, there are heaps of levels for you to enjoy. I played it till level 22, and found myself getting a lil bored to see it through as it’s repetitive. It is calm and nice though. Super Pengu Boy

This was so much fun! It carries a lot of similarities with the action platformers I have played with an insane twist - the penguin has a jetpack and parachute. It was really refreshing, and it changed the pace of how a platformer feels. In the late levels, you start to be forced to chain combo both the jetpack and parachute and now it starts to get really fun and exciting! I ended up completing all the levels! Play it here

AGI Overload

I saved the best for last. This was by far the most exciting, adrenaline rush platformer ever!

The premise is that an AGI has deviated and is about to take over. You have to manually shut it down and there is a limited amount of time! There are death traps everywhere, and if you get slowed down, the timer still keeps going. The exhilarating thing about this, is that you have to complete all 15 levels before the overload happens -  if not it’s game over! About halfway, the ante is upped with turrets being fired against you, and these are turrets that move to locate you so you can’t stand still to wait it out. I still have not finished it, and I will keep going! Fair warning - it gets you stressed, it’s not a chill game! It’s awesome! Play it here
